As an integral member of a small residential design firm, job responsibilities of an Interior Designer extend to all phases of Design. Responsibilities include contribution to concept development, design research, and design documentation (including renderings, detailed design, and construction drawings). Tasks also include specification and documentation to issue documents to contractors, architects and vendors. The position relies heavily on drawing skills in CAD and renderings, design skills for sourcing of original design solutions, and attention to the firm’s emphasis on color and material development. The team is dynamic and fast moving. The position requires an individual who is driven to meet all project deadlines, client requests and the high design standards of the firm and Principal. Other responsibilities include social media management and content creation.
